After suffering a throat injury late in the season, Warner switched to this unique configuration—one he kept through Super Bowl XXXVI against the Patriots.

To our knowledge, only two of these facemasks exist: the original (possibly still with Warner) and this one, crafted by hand at Rocker T. Whether you're building a custom replica or completing an autographed helmet display, this one-of-a-kind facemask is a true collector’s item.
